I am passionate about crystal healing, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) and Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) treatments that help you relax and restore. I am a published author of the book "Simple Steps to Holistic Health" which can be bought on Amazon / Kindle and through myself. I make beautifully scented soy wax melts, reed diffusers, room sprays, pulse point rollers and gifts to complement your treatments and aid in your relaxation and meditation experience at home.

She might not be a paying client, but she’s definitely my cutest! 🩷🥰

Whenever my granddaughter Amarlia pops into the salon, she makes a beeline for the treatment couch! She loves climbing up, getting snuggled in the covers and relaxing …(for a second or two!🤣) before she has a little nose around and plays with the chimes and sea drum!
It makes me smile every single time. These are the little moments I love. 🤍✨

💜 From my garden to your wellbeing… 🌿

One of my favourite things about summer is harvesting the lavender growing in my garden.

Today I’ve made my very first lavender wreath! I love its rustic look!
I also love using my lavender to make traditional lavender wands, and I carefully dry the flowers to create the handmade lavender eye pillows I use during treatments! They’re great for relaxation and meditation 💜

I love knowing that something grown with care in my own garden becomes part of the relaxing experience I share with my clients. It’s those little personal touches that make Moon Sparkles & Wood Holistics so special to me.
