Did you know we offer a Men's Yoga Class at The Zen Den?

The guys who come along are mostly over 50. Some have physically demanding manual jobs, while others spend their days behind a wheel or in the office.

Different lifestyles, but with all of the same age-related aches and pains...

Sport, work and everyday life have a way of catching up with us, but it's never too late to start looking after your body.

Our classes are designed to help improve flexibility, mobility and strength, so you can move more comfortably and feel better in everyday life.

And it's not just about the body. Your mental wellbeing matters too. Taking an hour to slow down, switch off and simply breathe is something many of the men say is their favourite part of the class.

If you've been thinking about giving yoga a go, this is a welcoming, supportive class with no pressure and no experience needed.
