I never expected this week to take the turn it has, but it's made me realise how lucky I am to be surrounded by such incredible people.

The messages, check-ins, offers of help and kind words have meant more than you'll ever know. It’s during times like these that you truly see the strength of the community around you.

One thing I'm especially grateful for is knowing that Better Days continues because of the amazing people who make it what it is every single day.

little story behind the name Better Days Nutrition ❀️🎢

Last night I went to see Dermot Kennedy live, and it reminded me why my club is called Better Days Nutrition.

When I first heard his song Better Days, those words really stuck with me. At a time when life felt tough, it gave me hope and reminded me that no matter how difficult things are right now, better days really can be ahead
That message became the inspiration behind the name of my club.

Every day I get to watch people walk through our doors feeling tired, fed up, lacking confidence or struggling with their health. Then, little by little, I see them become happier, healthier, stronger and more confident.

That's what Better Days Nutrition is all about. Not perfection. Not quick fixes. Just helping people believe that better days are possible and supporting them every step of the way.
So hearing that song live last night felt pretty special. ❀️

⭐ 4kg lost ⭐ 34cm gone ⭐ 1.8% body fat reduced ⭐ Hydration improved by 1.3% ⭐ Muscle mass increased by 1.8% ⭐ Metabolic age reduced by 5 years ⭐ Visceral fat down by 0.5 units

But the best part? Flo is feeling healthier, happier and loving the plan. ❀️
