It's official...I'm going to do an 8 week foundational series of ATM starting Mondays at 6pm in a stunning Ellesmere Port venue with heated floors 🤌😆

It will cover all movement systems and if you can't make any of the dates, no problem, as I'm going to also give lifetime access to the Audios through the Welly membership included in the cost.

I'm also thinking of offering an online live option if you want to join but can't make it physically, so let me know if that appeals.

Cost will be £99 or if you book before I go on my hols on the 13th its £80 as I would really like to have it filled before then 😆

✨️My name is Leanne and I'm a Somatic Hypnotherapist living in the northwest of England with my 2 dogs and cat

✨️I've been doing this work for almost 15 years now and I absolutely love it. I spent my first few years working as a scientist and felt so stuck so I still pinch myself that this is my life now

✨️I think the mind body link and good communication between the two is once of the most important resources we have, and it's rarely nurtured

Most people think hypnotherapy is about swinging pendulums and mind control - but it's actually about accessing the most powerful resource you have and giving you BACK control.

That resource is your subconscious mind and in somatic hypnotherapy, I go bevond just changing and releasing beliefs by inviting your body into the process.

Why? Because your nervous system plays a key role ir how you store and express your memories, beliefs, and experiences.

That storage and expression is responsible for many of the reasons people reach out for help for in the first place.

You don't ask for help to work on a core belief. Often, vou don't even know what that is. You come because of effect and impact that belief is having on you in your life.

For example, your presenting issue is that you're not sleeping and it's having what you think is a knock on effect with vour abilitv to step up at work and manage your emotions at home with the kids... but the problem is not your sleep.

The real thing we need to work on is your belief that you need to be perfect. That core belief is keeping you up. It's stopping you from putting yourself forward at work. It's stopping you from trusting your judgment at home.

Under hypnosis, where your body feels safe, and your subconscious can be accessed, both become more open to altering beliefs and rewiring old patterns allowing for a true and complete resolution

It's not magic. It's science, and it's powerful

Every Tuesday evening I hold a somatic awareness through movement class at my Neon Life Academy in Wallasey.

These sessions are designed to help your body release where it's forgotten it can, regulating your nervous system and reconnecting with your body fostering a deeper sense of clarity, energy and movement

People often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more themselves.

They find their movement throughout the week becomes easier and they have less pain as they go about their life.

Just by lying down, slowing down and spending one hr of your well dedicated to listening to your body.
