Next Chapter - NW CIC

Next Chapter - NW CIC We support children over 8, families, adults and professionals to improve mental health and well being across England, Wales and beyond. I WILL. WATCH ME.

Next Chapter is where personal development, well-being, and education meet, offering a safe and supportive space that truly sees you; your story, your struggles, your strengths, and the experiences that have shaped who you are today. We work with adults, children aged 8+, parents, and families, taking a holistic approach to understanding your needs and creating a bespoke pathway, to create change together. Whether through 1:1 support, workshops, courses, or groups, we help you find the strength and confidence to set goals and say: I CAN.

Beautifully said.

We consistently witness the magic from understanding, knowledge and clarity, which often creates self compassion and kindness after years of being their own hardest critic.

For Hannah, getting an autism diagnosis at 37 wasn't a tragedy - it felt like an "exfoliation of shame."

They've described the relief as finally being handed "the keys to the city of me."

So beautiful 😭

Day 8 and it’s back with a vengeance. Thank goodness for my beautiful aromatherapy oils which is at least easing some of the tightness in my lungs so I can take a breathe.

Alongside the natural remedies, good food and Manuka honey with lemon and ginger. I seriously hope it improves soon. What’s your natural go to when poorly?

We see and hear this daily when working with children.

As the new term starts, remember it’s normal for children to experience a range of different feelings.
