🚨 PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT - NOTHING ELSE MATTERS APART FROM MY SOUNDBATH 🚨

If your week has consisted of answering emails you didn’t want, talking to people you actively avoided, and wondering whether “running away to live in the woods” is a legitimate career move…

…this is your sign. 🌲😂

Come and lie on the forest floor while I hit expensive bowls with a stick and convince your nervous system that everything is probably going to be alright.

Will it fix your life?
✨ No.

Will your boss still exist tomorrow?
✨ Unfortunately.

Will your to-do list magically disappear?
✨ Also no.

But for an hour or so, you can swap stress for birdsong, cortisol for crystal bowls, and doom-scrolling for actual breathing.

Bring a mat.
Bring a blanket.
Bring snacks if you’re emotionally attached to snacks.
Leave your drama at the car park… unless it’s funny, then I’ll probably want to hear it afterwards.

A wonderful evening in the woods 🌳
With the bugs, birds, sunshine and trees, and absolutely gorgeous time had. The bowls sang beautifully on their second outing of the day!
Can’t wait to give them a wash this weekend 😍😍

Thank you to everyone who ventured up to Halkyn this evening for some vibrations in nature
