An inspiring, grounding and deeply healing yoga practice. Guided by the breath, this intelligent sequencing will build your flexibility and strength while relieving tension.
Forrest Yoga has a strong focus on core strength. Expect to work with postures unique to this style, breathe deep, hold the poses, release stress and truly connect to yourself with compassion and interest. It is accessible to all levels and suitable for those working with injuries. It is an incredibly healing yoga practice, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each practitioner. Modifications will be given to make the class accessible to all.
