We wanted to let you know we're currently experiencing some technical difficulties with our online booking system, caused by an ongoing Google Cloud service outage.

👉🏽 This means we're temporarily unable to access appointment details or send our usual reminders, and we can't add new appointment slots at this time

👉🏽 Your existing bookings are SAFE (please come at your normal time!)

👉🏽Our team is closely monitoring the situation and working to restore full service as soon as Google's systems are stabilised

We're truly sorry for this unexpected disruption and so grateful for your patience and understanding. If you have any concerns about your upcoming appointment, please don't hesitate to give us a call.
