Zumba with Dawn Zumba® is a Latin-based dance aerobics class that uses a mixture of international music and easy to follow moves to create a fun and effective workout.

I now also teach STRONG by Zumba (hiit style workout) and Zumbini for 0-4yrs Hello my name is Dawn im an ex-Professional dancer (Trained at Laine theatre arts in London) & I have been teaching dance and fitness for over 9 years. The Current Qualifications I hold are: Zumba® & Zumba® Toning, clubbercise, Bounce dance fit, Insanity, PiYo,Fitsteps, Zumbini, Exercise to Music, NASM Advanced Personal T
