GD Health Hub

💚At GD Health Hub we know- from personal experience- that it is not easy to talk about your feelings, especially with people you have just met.
💚We haven’t been inundated with visitors to the hub yet, but we know that it takes time and we will continue to be Mondays at 7.30pm every week.
💚Think of us as a ‘Man Club’, an inclusive, friendly, non judgemental social space where you can come and have a moan about your day, your other half, your kids 😁. Or share with us what’s good about your day, your successes, what’s getting you through.
💚If you fancy popping down, even if it’s just to watch sports and for the free snacks, we would appreciate and most definitely welcome the company.
💚In the coming weeks we are looking at creating events so we will keep you posted.

This morning Deakz and Wayne Thomas completed the 12 mile route nice and early , walking past the club they both played for and Graham
Was a fan 👏🚶‍♂️
