People think this work is something I do for you… and yes, of course it is. ❤️

But every time you trust me with the most vulnerable parts of your life, something in me gets healed too.

I’ve believed that for over 20 years, and I STILL get emotional about it. 😭

I’VE MISSED YOU.🖤🍂

There’s something about autumn that just feels different to me. The darker mornings, crisp air, golden leaves, cosy nights, candles glowing and that quiet feeling that it’s time to slow down and breathe again. 🍁🕯️

Maybe it’s because autumn reminds me that change doesn’t have to be something we fear. Sometimes things fall away because they’ve served their purpose… and sometimes letting go is exactly how we make room for something better.

So here’s to a new season, a fresh chapter, protecting our peace, releasing what no longer belongs and finding a little magic in the ordinary. 🌙✨
