Would you like to learn more about diabetes and pre-diabetes and understand how lifestyle changes can support your health?

Join us for our next 2 Hour Diabetes Awareness Session on Friday 18 September 2026 at 10.00am

During the session, we will cover:

✅ What diabetes and pre-diabetes mean for you
✅ Understanding HbA1c results and what they indicate
✅ How to read and interpret food labels
✅ Understanding carbohydrates and how to include them as part of a balanced diet
✅ Healthy eating strategies to help manage blood glucose levels

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions in a friendly and supportive environment.
