National Banana Split day today.
Residents have enjoyed choosing their own toppings.
We've had Ice Cream, Squirty Cream, Golden Syrup, Strawberry and Toffee Sauce, sprinkles and Glazed Cherries.
They've gone down a treat.

Many Happy Returns to our lovely Resident Pam aka Joyce for yesterday.
She's been spoilt with flowers and cards from Friends and Family.
And had a lovely cake made by the Kitchen Staff to celebrate.
Thanks to our amazing kitchen Staff for making each Resident a Birthday cake to celebrate their special day.

Sister Mary from St Peters Church has visited Residents today to chat and say a prayer if they wished.
Residents have thoughly enjoyed the visit and are looking forward to her next visit on Wednesday.
Sister Mary visits Parklands Court every Wednesday.
Jennifer enjoyed reminiscing about her Dad being a Priest and helping her Dad prepare for his own Church services.

Great turn out for Chris's Tia Chi session this afternoon.
Session took place in Marlborolugh house with the Residents from other units also taking part.
We've had a great session completing exercises to help improve balance and core strength which can also help reduce stress anxiety, lower blood pressure, and ease joint pain.

Our lovely Resident Margaret has visited St Peters Church this morning.
Margaret throughly enjoyed the service and has had a lovely time reminiscing about getting married in the very same Church in 1958.
The visit has ignited memories and happy events.
Margaret went to St Peters School not far from the Church and states she was once head girl.
Margaret has fond memories of Bloxwich and meeting her Husband at a dance at Bloxwich baths.
Brian was in the Army and had come home for leave, two years later they were married.
Its been lovely hearing all the stories and memories, we've had a lovely time.
