As I pause to enjoy a little summer rest, I want to send my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who has supported my Kundalini Yoga, Floating Gong Baths & Retreats.
Thank you for showing up, sharing your energy, and allowing me to be part of your wellness journey. It truly is an honour.

As we move through this season, I hope you find time to rest, recharge, and simply enjoy being present.

My classes will resume on Monday 6th September, and I look forward to welcoming you all back with open arms and open hearts.

Last Kundalini Yoga Class Before My Summer Pause

This is my final week of teaching before I take a little summer break to rest, recharge, and refill my own cup. 💛

This week's Kriya: Removing Blocks for Self-Care is a beautiful practice to help release what no longer serves you, reconnect with yourself, and create space for more ease, balance, and self-love.

If you've been meaning to join me, this is the perfect time. Come and give yourself the gift of movement, breath, meditation, and deep self-care before we pause for the summer.

The "Kriya for Removing Blocks for SelfCare is a Kundalini Yoga practice designed to break through self-imposed mental limitations, negative self-judgments, and stagnant energy patterns using specific active movements and breathwork.
We will be using powerful exercises with an O shaped breath which you will be breathing through the navel powerfully with arm moves to break through perceived limitations and release us from our past.
So let's move through this journey together as we remove those blocks to SelfCare using the power of the navel to dissolve any stagnant energy that's stopping you from having compassion fir yourself.
We will end the class to the powerful vibrations of the gong.

I'll be back in September, refreshed and ready to welcome you back to the mat. I'd love to see some familiar faces and some new ones before we break.

Kriya - Relieving Your Elementary Stress

Release all that stress, trauma, emotional fatigue that's trapped inside of our body. Rebalancing our energy giving us a whole new perception of our self.

You going to allow your body to move with the rhythm and start releasing the elementary stress!
This kriya includes an easy set of exercises that will help you to shift out old and built up stress and help strengthen the immune system for resilience in times of stress.

August is a little different at Th Space, as with summer here, I’ll be taking some well-deserved time to slow down and enjoy a break, which means there will be fewer sessions available than usual.

If you’ve been feeling called to pause, reset and give yourself some time to simply be held, relaxed and supported, this is your sign to book your Floating Gong experience 💫

▪︎ Float gently in our suspended hammocks or lay comfortable on your mats
▪︎ Be immersed in the healing vibrations of the gong
▪︎ Let your body soften, your mind quieten and your nervous system settle
▪︎ Experience deep rest, relaxation and stillness
