I have posted about Matt while he was on his journey…

Well, last week he achieved his GOAL WEIGHT!

3 stone gone and his Type 1 diabetes is the best it has ever been!

He is a massive advocate for our groups, that his dad has now joined a group in Bury St. Edmund’s!

This is real life, real food and 100% real support!

So proud of Matt and all of my amazing people that rely on me to support them!
