We are an established full service commercial Dental Laboratory in London that services NHS & Private Dentists in the U.K and Europe since 1969. We respect Dentistry, Dental technology and science which allows us to provide a consistent service, excellent communication with technical support and punctual logistics. 20 years. One denture. One big transformation.

This patient had worn the same dentures for around 20 years. Over time they had worn down, collapsed the bite, and quietly changed his face shape and soft tissue support. It happens far more often than people realise. 🫠

I was asked to step in at the key clinical stages. Bite, secondary impressions, and try in. By rebuilding the correct jaw relationship and designing a fuller, more supportive denture that worked with his natural facial features, everything changed. 🫶

We kept it natural. Even copying small details like tiny gaps between the teeth so it still looked like him, just healthier and more supported.
The best moment? His wife’s reaction. She said it looked natural, fitted beautifully, and lifted his face. That is always the goal. 🔥

If you have old dentures and feel your face has changed, it might not be age. It might be the dentures. 🙏

Michigan / Tanner Splints

All our occlusal splints are fully CAD designed and CAM milled. That means controlled contacts, planned guidance and a fit that behaves exactly as expected chairside. Nothing is hand carved from a puck while hoping for the best. 🖥

Michigan splints:
Upper arch, flat plane, smooth and stable. Ideal for bruxism, clenching, TMD symptoms and protecting new restorations. Digitally designed for even contacts, clean disclusion and patient comfort.

Tanner splints:
Lower arch with guided ramps for more control during lateral and protrusive movement. Perfect when occlusal guidance actually matters and not just in theory.

You’ll never guess what 🤐

England Rugby Team’s 33 to 19 win over New Zealand came with a little surprise for us in the lab. George Ford picked up man of the match wearing a custom sports mouth guard we made. I only saw the photos afterwards, but I will happily take the quiet win for dental tech.

Huge thank you to .anniseaborne for trusting me with this case. When clinician and technician work together, the results speak for themselves, especially in a sport where the tackles are basically controlled car crashes.

Quick reminder for anyone making sports guards. Five millimetres thick, extend to the second molars and locked into occlusion. It all starts with accurate upper and lower scans or impressions.

Love seeing dentistry doing its job quietly in the background while the lads take the hits up front.
