Pain has a habit of creeping into everyday life.

It starts as a small ni**le when you go for a run. An ache in your elbow after a game of tennis. A sharp pain under your heel when you get out of bed. Before long, you're changing the way you move, avoiding activities you enjoy or simply accepting that discomfort has become part of your routine.

The good news is that it doesn't always have to be that way.

Shockwave Therapy is a clinically proven, non-invasive treatment that uses high-energy sound waves to stimulate your body's natural healing response. It can help increase blood flow, encourage tissue repair and reduce pain, making it an effective option for a wide range of tendon and musculoskeletal conditions.

We regularly use Shockwave Therapy to help patients with plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, rotator cuff injuries, Achilles tendon problems and other persistent tendon conditions that haven't responded to rest alone.

Like every treatment we offer, it isn't about simply treating the symptom. We begin with a thorough assessment to understand what's causing your pain and determine whether Shockwave Therapy is the most appropriate option for you. If it is, we'll incorporate it into a personalised treatment plan designed around your goals and your recovery.

Whether you're looking to get back to running, return to sport or simply walk without discomfort, we're here to help you move forward with confidence.

Most clinics finish your appointment and send you home. We don't. Once your pain starts improving, that's often when the real work begins. Our rehabilitation gym is designed to bridge the gap between treatment and getting back to everyday life. Every programme is tailored to you, helping rebuild strength, improve movement and give you the confidence to return to the things you enjoy. Whether that's playing sport, walking the dog or picking up the grandchildren, rehabilitation helps make those improvements last. 📞 020 8812 3733

Whether you're returning to football, hockey, rugby, running or the gym, it's easy to assume your body will pick up where it left off.

The reality is that even a short break can affect your strength, flexibility and mobility.

That's why we often see people returning to training with tight hamstrings, sore calves, aching knees or stiff hips. These aren't always injuries—they're often early warning signs that your body isn't quite ready for the demands you're placing on it.

Addressing those small issues now can help improve your movement, reduce the risk of more significant problems and help you enjoy your season without unnecessary setbacks.

If you're getting ready to return to sport, a pre-season assessment can help identify any areas that need attention before your training ramps up.

Ever wondered why athletes have those circular marks on their backs? They're often left by cupping therapy - but it's not just for professional athletes. We regularly use medical cupping to help ease muscle tension, improve circulation and support recovery, particularly for people struggling with tight necks, shoulders and upper backs. After long summer drives, gardening, travelling or even spending hours working from the kitchen table, it's common for those muscles to become overloaded. If they're feeling tighter than they should, it might be worth finding out whether cupping could help. 📞 020 8812 3733

What is the one ache, pain or ni**le you keep putting up with? 🤔

Perhaps it’s a stiff back when you get out of bed, a troublesome knee, recurring neck pain or an injury that never seems to settle.

Tell us in the comments what has been bothering you and how long you’ve had it. You may be surprised how many other people are experiencing exactly the same thing.

And remember, pain should not simply become something you learn to live with.

Back pain during squats isn't always about lifting too much weight.

Sometimes, it's the way your body is moving that's placing unnecessary strain on your lower back.

For Noah, a few simple adjustments to his technique made an immediate difference. By improving his core engagement, hip stability and movement patterns, he was able to squat more comfortably and activate the right muscles without aggravating his back.

Pain isn't always something you have to push through. Often, understanding why it's happening is the first step towards fixing it.

If pain is affecting your training, sport or everyday life, we'd be happy to help.

Summer is for making memories, not sitting on the sidelines because you're in pain. Whether it's days out with the family, long walks, holidays or simply making the most of the lighter evenings, pain has a way of getting in the way of the things you enjoy most. That's one of the reasons actor Jason Flemyng has trusted Naval with his family's care for over a decade. "Naval has been looking after my family for over a decade. Our kids have been looked after by him since the age of six months. Typically, I would go to him in emergencies, but I now see him as a matter of course, even when I'm not in pain. I have NEVER left his practice disappointed. He is truly skilled, but has a sprinkle of some mystic magic too!" If pain is stopping you making the most of your summer, we'd love to help. 📞 020 8812 3733
