Thank you to Sharon for another absolutely wonderful session of Pilates. 🧘‍♀️ Over the last few weeks, you’ve helped our care team to focus on themselves and make Time to Thrive. It’s been so special!

Every Monday, at the Thames Quaker Meeting House, Henley-on-Thames, we host the Thrive Hub. 🤩

It is designed for people looking to get more activity and movement in their lives, on a regular basis. 🧘‍♀️

From a morning of stretching and seated exercise, to an arts and crafts session - we’ve got something for everyone. 👏

The Thrive Hub runs from 11.45am - 3.45pm, with a delicious lunch provided. 😋
