Sometimes when I get a client with a lot of complex physical issues, we have to take a step back and consider the nervous system 🧘♀️
And then things start to change 😌🪴✨
Being in a state of tension, holding on, fixing and resisting won’t facilitate any healing. Nor will a list of cold plunges, stretches & Breath work which can be another added pressure 🫨
Sometimes just a walk in nature and listen for the birds, watch the bees 🐝 and marvel at the cloud ☁️ formation - allows tension to float and dissolve, just for that moment 😮💨
Sometimes exploring something we surpressed through talking or journaling loosens it 📝
When I see a spark of recognition regarding someone’s emotional tension, and they can start letting go of fears ( which are all made up by the brain ) and I watch the flame of healing grow, it makes me very happy 🙏✨🫶
