We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that we are now officially TDDI Registered! This significant milestone reflects our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, and clinically led care for people in their homes and within the community.

This registration enables us to provide a wider range of complex and nurse-led care services, supporting individuals with more advanced health needs to receive the care they require in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

For many people, home is where they feel safest, most independent, and close to the people and things they love.

By delivering specialist care at home, we will help our clients:

This week we were pleased to continue providing activities for individuals living with dementia and their families, in the comfort of a local cool space! 💦 🆒

In light of the weather, we also took extra care to ensure clients’ could travel safely and comfortably to and from the venue.

A huge thank you to Zinghub for also braving the heat and helping us deliver a fun and engaging horse racing themed session! 🐎 🥎

Today we had the pleasure of attending Hertfordshire County Council’s conference which focussed on ways we can support people in our communities during adverse weather events ☀️ 🌧️ ☔️

It was a great opportunity to meet other local services and discuss partnership working to improve outcomes for vulnerable people.
