In many readings I give, it comes up to find time for yourself. I personally know how difficult this can be. Life is busy, but 5 or 10 minutes to sit quietly can make a difference. When you park up some where, just sit for 5 minutes, two or three deep breaths and then carry on, 5 minutes extra in the shower, clear your thoughts and breath. Anywhere that you can afford to stop and reset is something
