Hi, I'm Richard Mcneil and have been a member of BNI Endeavour for almost a year.

Joining BNI has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for both myself and S R Electrical Herts Ltd.

I’ve been an electrician all of my working life, so stepping into a room full of business owners and professionals was well outside my comfort zone. Networking and public speaking weren’t skills that came naturally to me, but BNI has completely changed that.

The support, encouragement, and training I’ve received have given me the confidence to stand up, speak about my business, and build meaningful relationships with other local businesses. It’s not just helped me become a better networker—it has also helped me become a more confident business owner.
