If you're a dad aged between 18-25 years old, have a child under 5, and experienced domestic abuse when you were young, University of Surrey is undertaking a research study that you could be a part of.

Taking part will help to share what is important to young fathers and increase knowledge about their experiences with people who work and support young fathers, like ourselves at Dad Matters.

Breastfeeding is often seen as a "mum's job" but your support can make all the difference. ๐Ÿ‘

In this quick video, we share simple, practical ways dads can step in and help make breastfeeding easier for mum and baby.

From handling night-time nappy changes so mum can rest, to bringing her water and snacks during feeds, to simply being present.

๐ŸŽฅ Watch the video to learn how you can be part of the breastfeeding journey, even if you're not the one doing the feeding.

๐Ÿ’™ Because supporting mum is supporting baby and small actions = big support!
