Held in our bespoke Pilates studio, our small-group sessions combine reformer, chair and mat work, allowing exercises to be adapted to suit all abilities and goals. From complete beginners to experienced Pilates enthusiasts, everyone receives the support and guidance they need to progress safely and effectively.
Unlike larger classes, our limited group sizes mean you’ll benefit from individual attention throughout each session. We take the time to understand your needs, helping you build strength, improve flexibility, enhance balance and move with greater confidence.
Our instructor has extensive experience in rehabilitation Pilates and has worked with individuals recovering from injury, managing long-term conditions, and returning to activity after surgery. This expertise allows us to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, supported and challenged at the right level.
