Due to annual leave and staff sickness, we are currently short-staffed and have limited appointment availability.

This may mean that it takes us a little longer than usual to answer telephone calls and respond to queries.

If your query is not urgent and can wait, we would be grateful if you could contact us from tomorrow, where possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience, understanding while our team is working with reduced staffing levels.

System Outage Update ⚠️
We are currently experiencing technical issues with our IT network. This is a wider issue affecting multiple GP practices throughout Warrington and is impacting the systems we use within the practice, including requesting tests and viewing results.
Our systems are currently not running at all, which means we are unable to access medical records, request tests, view results, or document consultations.
The issue is currently being investigated by the IT team, and we hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.
📞 Please only telephone the practice if your problem is a medical emergency while we work through this issue.

As a result, our systems are running more slowly than usual, and it may take longer to access medical records and document consultations.

The issue is being investigated by the team responsible for overseeing our systems, and we hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.
