🍎 A Little Gift for Our Incredible Teachers This Summer 🍎

As many of you know, before I followed my path into healing, I spent over 20 years as a teacher.

I know exactly how this time of year feels…

The endless exhaustion after giving so much of yourself all year.
The emotional highs and lows of saying goodbye to one class and preparing for the next.
The long list of jobs that still seem to fill the summer holidays.
The feeling that you’re finally allowed to stop… but your mind and body don’t quite know how.

Teaching asks so much of you.

This summer, I’d love to give something back.

A Reiki session is a chance to simply pause. To allow your nervous system to settle, your mind to become quieter and your body to release the tension it’s been holding onto for months.

Well here goes…. The car is packed and I’m as ready as I will ever be! I can’t believe that this time last year when I went to the Warrington Wellbeing Festival as I guest I made a quiet wish to be part of it myself next year here I am getting ready for the day ahead!
