A simple stretch that can make a BIG difference. 🔥

This stretch targets tight, restricted areas and helps improve mobility by gradually increasing the range of movement through the muscle and surrounding tissues.

UCA Board Member Monica Handa travelled to Phoenix, Arizona, for the annual Chiropractic BioPhysics Conference on 27–28 August! 🇺🇸

In attendance was the International Chiropractors Association’s President, Dr Joe Betz.

They discussed, amongst other topics, what the ICA has been doing with MAHA and more generally in Europe.

Hopefully, more collaboration worldwide will help chiropractic progress, especially as the USA has the largest number of chiropractors globally.
