Do you need space to reflect on your health and Wellbeing?

I’m really excited to share with you details of an exclusive monthly Ladies Wellbeing Circle that I am creating for a small number of my VIP clients.

This will be a calm, supportive space for women over 50 who want sensible, practical guidance on their health and wellbeing, without all the noise and confusion that often surrounds health advice.

The sessions will take place in the beautiful surroundings of Grappenhall Hays Walled Garden.

Once a month on a Friday between 10am and 12pm we will meet for a short wellbeing talk with me or a guest expert, followed by a guided conversation in pairs and as a group, to reflect on the ideas and decide on a few simple personal steps that feel realistic to put into practice.

Afterwards we will enjoy a gentle walk through the walled garden and surrounding woodland and lake, followed by the option to stay for a delicious lunch in the garden café.

You will also receive a recording and notes of the talk so you can revisit the information in your own time.

The circle will be limited to a small group of like-minded ladies so that the conversations remain thoughtful and supportive. I have only contacted a select number of clients that I feel will be a good fit for the group.

I would love you to join us for our launch session on Friday 15th May.

There are just 15 spaces available, and the cost is just £35.

Lunch is optional and can simply be ordered individually at the café.
