Imagine this room as steady and gentle—nothing flashy, nothing performative. Just warmth. There’s a chair that fits you exactly as you are today. No clipboards raised like shields. No ticking clock rushing you. I’m here, grounded, human, and fully listening.
In this space:
• Nothing you say is stupid, dramatic, silly, or too much.
• You don’t have to be articulate, healed, positive, or “make sense.”
• You’re allowed to contradict yourself, ramble, pause, cry, joke, or go quiet.
• How you see the world matters—even if you’ve never said it out loud before.
I’ll meet you where you are, not where you “should” be.
If something feels heavy, we’ll hold it together.
If something feels confusing, we’ll be curious instead of critical.
If something feels small but keeps coming back—that’s important too.
This is a non-judgmental, down-to-earth space. Think less “clinical office,” more “someone sitting across from you saying: yeah… that makes sense.”
Whenever you’re ready, you can start anywhere:
• A thought that keeps looping
• A feeling you don’t know how to name
• Something you’re embarrassed to admit matters
• Or just: “I don’t know why I feel like this”
