After an 11-hour shift, I looked at the clock and realised it was already past 9pm… and I still hadn’t gone for my run.

The sofa was calling, the rain wasn’t helping, but the run got done. Not every session is about pace or distance, sometimes it’s just about keeping the promise you made to yourself.
