🏆 Luke celebrated a triple win picking up his 1st (6.4kg) award, Slimmer of the Week and reaching his target 🎯.

👏 Stephen says staying to group every week to soak up the motivation and inspiration helped him pick up his 2st (12.7kg) certificate 🎉.

❤️ And Lee was there to celebrate his member Laura's incredible achievement of losing 10st (63.5kg) and 50% of her body weight 😱.

What an absolutely incredible achievement! 🥹❤️

Today we are celebrating one very special member of our ORFORD MONDAY evening group, Dawn, who has achieved her 8 stone award! 🎉👏🏻

There have been challenges along the way, but she has kept going, stayed focused and never given up and look at what she has achieved! 💪🏻❤️

Not only has she worked so hard on her own journey, but she is also a fantastic cook and constantly inspires our members with her amazing meals and ideas. 🍽️ 😋 She proves week after week that you can enjoy delicious, satisfying food while still working towards your goals.

Dawn, your determination, your consistency, and the way you continue to lift and inspire others makes you such a truly special part of our group. ❤️

You should be incredibly proud of yourself because WE certainly are! 🥰 Congratulations on this phenomenal achievement.. and here’s to whatever comes next! 🥂✨

We’re delighted to celebrate our lovely weigh lady Sue from the Monday @ Community Hub group, who has recently achieved her Bronze Activity Award! 🥉👏

What makes this achievement even more special is that she has also recently taken the wonderful step of joining a line dancing group 💃🤠

It’s fantastic to see Sue getting involved, trying something new, keeping active and most importantly, enjoying herself along the way! ❤️

Her achievement is a brilliant reminder that it’s never too late to try something new, set yourself a goal and discover something you love.

❤️A LITTLE UPDATE ❤️

I’m really pleased to be stepping back in and covering the Orford group at Beamont Primary School from Wednesday 5th August. 🥰

I’m looking forward to seeing some familiar faces again and welcoming everyone who comes along. Most importantly, I’m looking forward to putting my time and experience into making sure our Wednesday evening group continues to be a place where members feel supported, encouraged and, of course, very welcome.

So whether you’re already part of the group, you’ve been away for a little while, or you’ve been thinking about coming along, I’d absolutely love to see you on Wednesday 5th August at 5.30pm or 7pm
