▫️That’s your brain protecting yourself from something. Whether something in the clinic feels off - or you’re simply just not “all in” on a treatment that’s been put to you.

▫️At AB Clinical - it’s okay to say no! It’s okay to have a consultation and need to go away and think about it. It’s okay to be sat in the chair and change your mind.

▫️We’re incredibly grateful for everyone’s patience & flexibility as we’ve adapted to AB Clinical being, temporarily, without AB himself!

▫️Adam & Kathryn are very touched by anyone who has taken the time to send through a supportive message, ask how they can help, kept Adam in their thoughts or donated to the Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue!

▫️Adam is doing really well, but we still have no timescale that we can share on when he’ll be back in clinic. So we massively advise anyone wanting their “summer” skin treatments to book in with the amazing Sian! Any questions or queries please send to Kathryn - but replies may be slower than typical.
