Empowering Women to Train with Their Unique Bodies 🌟

As a passionate female health coach, I’ve come to realize an essential truth: women cannot train like small men. Our bodies are wonderfully complex, and our endocrine systems change significantly over time, especially as we transition from our 20s to our 30s and beyond.

What worked for us in our 20s may not serve us well in our 30s. It’s crucial to adapt our training and nutrition to honor these changes. Here are three key pieces of advice I always share with my clients:

1. Consistency is Key: Establishing a routine that you can stick to is far more effective than sporadic, intense workouts. Find what you enjoy, and make it a regular part of your life.

2. Nourish Your Body: Avoid low-calorie diets that lack essential nutrients. Your body needs fuel to thrive, especially if you’re engaging in intense workouts. Don’t fall into the trap of grueling sessions on an empty stomach—this does more harm than good.

3. Prioritize Sleep: Quality sleep is non-negotiable for optimal hormone function. Without it, your workouts and nutrition efforts can be compromised.

Remember, ladies, we are not like small men! We have unique needs that require a tailored approach. Embracing kindness towards ourselves and our bodies can be one of the most freeing changes we make.

I’ve implemented these principles in my own life, and I can’t express how liberating it is to work with my body rather than against it. Let’s celebrate our individuality and empower each other to train smart and live well! 💪✨

Empowered Women Empower Women! 🌟

Let me tell you something: YOU are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to! I’ve faced my fair share of negativity from those who said, “You can’t do that,” or “Women shouldn’t do that.” But guess what? We can do anything we believe in! 💪✨

Women are one of the most powerful forces in this world. When we support one another, we can accomplish incredible things! Surround yourself with the right people—those who uplift and encourage you to be the best version of yourself. And remember, sometimes that person is YOU.

You are the writer, creator, and author of your own story. So make it a story that makes you proud! No one else will back you as fiercely as you can back yourself.

Let’s rise together and show the world what we’re made of! 💖

🌟 **Happy Parents, Happy Kids!** 🌟

There was a day where mum guilt got the better of me ; now I feel guilty for not simply looking after me

Did you know there’s a direct link between our happiness as parents and the well-being of our children? When we prioritize our mental and physical health, we not only feel better but also create a positive environment for our kids to thrive in.

It’s easy to think that putting ourselves first is selfish, but dedicating just an hour each day to exercise can drastically transform our mood and stress levels. This small commitment not only boosts our fitness but also enhances our ability to handle daily challenges.

Remember, when we take care of ourselves, we’re setting a powerful example for our children. They learn how to manage their own emotions and stress by watching us. So let’s embrace self-care, because a happy parent truly equals happy kids!

Take that time for yourself—you deserve it! 🙌💖

🌟 What the F**k is Parenting Edition!!🌟

Let’s talk about the realities of parenting that often get overlooked. Here are some truths I’ve learned while raising my four kids and I’m here to normalize it all

1. What the F**k is your still breastfeeding?Yes, I breastfed my kids for two years. There’s no timeline or limit—do what works for you and your baby. Whether it’s six months or two years, your choice is valid( the amount of people that told me I should have stopped , or it was too long- don’t listen) fed or breast is best.

2. What the F**k is sleep training? The idea that babies will sleep through the night at eight weeks? Absolutely not! None of my kids did until I stopped feeding them. Sleep training can be harmful; babies need us to regulate them because they can’t do it themselves. Letting a baby cry it out just goes against everything I believe in, routine is key but you cannot sleep train a new born baby!!

3. What the F**k is forcing kids to eat?As a parent of two kids with SEND needs I refuse to force-feed them. You wouldn’t make an adult eat something they don’t like, so why do it to kids? Nurturing their relationship with food is key—let’s introduce new things without making it a battle- food shouldn’t be stressful , if as parents we make it a problem, it will become a problem 🛑 progressively widening food variations and careful ingredients has been key for fussy kids

4. What the F**k is “sleep when the baby sleeps”?** Seriously? As a mother of four, there’s always a million things to do! When the baby sleeps, I’m busy juggling chores or sneaking in a run to keep my sanity. That advice just doesn’t cut it, this theory is a LIE!!!

5. **What the F**k is one-size-fits-all parenting?** Every child is different, and as someone with ADHD, I feel my kids’ energies intensely. It’s a struggle to meet each of their unique needs. Parenting is not a one-size-fits-all approach; it requires adapting to each child’s individuality, no two kids have the same needs and it’s essential we try to accommodate those needs

If you know, you know. Let’s embrace the chaos and challenge the norms! 💪✨
