Facial Pressure Point Therapy & Alchemy Crystal Sound Bath

Our September Face & Frequency falls beautifully around the New Moon, A natural point of pause, reset and new beginnings.

This time, our theme is The Clearing.

A space to soften the noise, release what feels heavy and create a little more room within.

We’ll begin with breathwork and EFT tapping before moving into an extended guided meditation journeying through late-summer woodland, noticing what is ready to fall away and eventually arriving at an open clearing.

Nothing to force.

From there, you’ll be immersed in the frequencies of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls while Madi moves around the room offering individual facial pressure point therapy combining sound, touch and stillness for a deeply restorative nervous system reset.

An evening designed to soften the nervous system and invite the body back into stillness.

Join Sarah and I for a deeply restorative journey combining:

– Guided meditation
– EFT tapping
– Aromatherapy
– Alchemy crystal sound bath
– Individual craniosacral still points throughout the session

Held within the peaceful surroundings of our candlelit church setting, this experience is created to help release tension, calm an overactive mind and allow space to simply pause, breathe and receive.

Comfy mattresses, blankets, bolsters & hot water bottles all provided, so you can fully settle in and be held by the space.

Following the journey we’ll gather for tea and healthy treats before gently returning back into the evening.

Last few quiet moments captured in Crete
before the journey home after the .by.ju.st retreat.

Sun on my face, feet in the water…

A week filled with beautiful conversations, softening, stillness, community of beautiful souls and contemplative moments.

There’s something about being near the sea that strips everything back to what actually matters.
Space to breathe.
Space to reflect.
Space to remember who you are underneath the noise.

This week reminded me how much the nervous system responds to simplicity too…warmth, light, texture, slowness, connection and feeling fully present in a moment.

Leaving feeling inspired, grateful and quietly reflective for what I and also elixir/ is slowly becoming 🤍

Our next Alchemy Crystal Sound Bath with Craniosacral Therapy
Friday 5th June
Two sittings: 6:00pm & 8:15pm

An immersive evening of deep rest and nervous system reset, designed to gently guide you out of doing and into being.

Set within a calm, candlelit space, you’ll be supported through a layered experience beginning with guided meditation and EFT tapping to release held tension, before dropping into the resonant frequencies of Alchemy Crystal Bowls.

Throughout the session, individual craniosacral still points are offered, allowing subtle yet powerful shifts within the body encouraging restoration, balance, and a return to inner stillness.

Held just before the Full Moon, this is a natural point of release, an opportunity to clear, soften, and create space for what’s next.

Your space is fully prepared for comfort and ease, with mattresses, blankets, bolsters and hot water bottles provided, alongside tea and nourishing treats to close.

Last night… 🤍

Two sittings.
Our largest gathering yet.
A room filled with warmth, presence, and such a beautiful sense of community.

The first session held a different kind of magic…
Soft dappled light still filtering through the space, a gentle transition between day and evening.

The second…
Snuggled in.
Deeper.
A longer meditation, allowing the body to soften further and settle into stillness.

This time, we were guided by a gentle thread…

of listening deeply remembering what the body already knows

A quiet invitation to walk forward
not with force…
but with wisdom

To step into what you are ready for
softly
intuitively
in your own timing

Walking not towards something outside of you…
