Keeping Cool & Creating Space ☀️
​What another absolutely beautiful day it is today! I hope you are all managing to bear up in this glorious heatwave. It is a scorching 41° out in the garden today, so please remember to stay hydrated, seek out the shade, and perhaps take things a little slower if you can.

​After finishing a lovely facial this morning, I have stepped into the treatment room where it is a beautifully cool 24°—an absolute haven of relief!

I'll be starting a manicure shortly, accompanied by the gentle breeze of the fans. It truly is a tranquil little sanctuary to escape the heat, unwind, and watch the birds outside the window....
