Three days. Hundreds of new ideas. Lots of needles (thankfully not all in me! 😄).

I had a fantastic weekend at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine learning Balance Method and Master Tung acupuncture with the amazing Sergio Ferreira.

These techniques are renowned for helping pain using surprisingly few needles, often with very rapid results.

I was also fascinated by their applications for gynaecology and mental health, two areas close to my heart.

I'm excited to start incorporating what I've learnt into my clinic.

Learning never stops and that's one of the things I love most about being an acupuncturist.

I am genuinely humbled by these kind words from a patient whom I had the privilege of supporting throughout her fertility journey and pregnancy.

After a long road to parenthood, including IVF treatment, she recently welcomed her beautiful baby boy into the world. 💙

Supporting people through fertility challenges is one of the greatest honours of my work. Every journey is unique and being able to provide personalised care, a listening ear, emotional support and acupuncture along the way means so much to me.

Moments like this remind me exactly why I do what I do, although the outcome is something I will never take for granted.

Thank you for trusting me and allowing me to walk alongside you during such an important chapter of your life. 🙏

Exciting new chapter for my Friday clinic

From 5th June, my Friday Multi-Bed Clinic will be moving to my regular clinic space in Hatton near Warwick.

The new space offers the same affordable acupuncture appointments in a quieter, more private setting, with individual treatment rooms and free parking—creating a calm environment where you can fully relax and enjoy your treatment.

All details about the clinic and location are on my website. Online bookings are now open under "Warwick (Affordable Friday)". I look forward to welcoming you there!

Really pleased to see balanced mainstream discussion around the evidence base for acupuncture and chronic pain from The Economist and the British Acupuncture Council.

As an acupuncturist with a science background, I think these conversations are important. Chronic pain is complex, and patients deserve evidence-informed, nuanced care and discussion.

✨ From Overwhelm to Flow ✨

Such a lovely morning last Thursday speaking at Stratford at , hosted by the fabulous Sarah Harris from and attended by such inspiring fellow business women.

We explored the Five Elements and how overwhelm isn’t a personal failure… it’s often just imbalance.

Different element types experience stress differently — and recognising your pattern is the first step back to flow.

One of my favourite bits of feedback:
“I was singing your praises to my husband and I think I’ve sparked his interest after he read your handout and recognised himself!”

That’s exactly why I love this work — helping people feel seen, understood and not ‘broken’.

Really looking forward to speaking at Socially Shared Stratford District about From Overwhelm to Flow with the Five Elements, hosted by the lovely Sarah Harris. Join us on 19th February 10-12 at the beautiful Kington Grange Grange in Claverdon.

A beautiful Imbolc weekend of learning, connection and healing. ✨
I’ve just completed an Angelic Reiki course with the wonderful Angelic Reiki Master and fellow Acupuncturist Clare Watkins.🪶
People may be drawn to Angelic Reiki when they want something deeply supportive but non-invasive. This gentle energy is beautifully versatile and especially helpful for emotional healing, stress and deep nervous system support.
I’m really looking forward to weaving this into sessions very soon.🤍
