Stopping smoking can be tough: often, people may not realise the power of the addiction until they try to quit.

The good news is you don’t have to do it alone, and our stop smoking advisors can offer all sort of ways to make your smoke free journey easier.

That includes stop smoking medication, aids such as Ni****ne Replacement Therapy (NRT), and digital tools like the Smoke Free app – as well as friendly advice and support, every step of the way.

This support is available for free to anyone age 12+ years in Coventry and Warwickshire. Find out more at smokefreecw.co.uk.
