Have you been wrapping Christmas presents yet? Please consider using a breakfast bar or ironing board. This is instead of spreading out on the table or even worse, on the floor. The higher surface will keep you in a good ergonomic posture and and will save you from hurting your back.

Please have a look at this video from Paragon Health & Fitness. It shows an exercise to improve balance by standing on a half-ball while engaging in open chain exercises with the arms. This also trains hand-eye coordination and core stability. I could go on why I like this. Paragon works with people from all walks of life but the above is from their special Parkinson’s Disease program. 👏 well done David and Lisa

We decided that we will remain open as a health care service during the mourning period for our Queen including on the 19. September 2022.

There will be no music in clinic and the TV will be tuned to BBC1 (muted) for relevant programmes.

We honour all appointments that have already been made and have few emergency appointments available.

Please get in touch with us if it is your preference to reschedule your appointment. We understand but kindly ask for 24 hours notice.

“Chiropractic is just cracking backs” = MYTH - In the UK chiropractic is a regulated profession and chiropractors provide patients with a whole wealth of treatments, spinal adjustment being just one. There’s no one fit approach and every patient’s plan is treated individually – many will never hear the crack or popping sounds. The crack or popping sound that’s produced from a spinal manipulation comes from a small pocket of air being released between the joints. It’s generated by something called a cavitation.
