And our final Woman of the Year from the 7:00pm Warwick group: Anne-Marie!

Anne-Marie has been a member since January and has lost an incredible 3.5 stone since then and is now close to her target.

She loves food optimising and how the plan has enabled her to eat healthily, eat plenty, still enjoy her food and lose weight. She loses weight consistently and is a great motivator for the group as a whole. Well done Anne- Marie and thank you for being part of our group.

Same outfit a few years apart.

I had already begun my Slimming World journey in the picture on the right (2022) and had lost about a stone at this point.

The one on the left is yesterday with another 1 stone or so lost and kept off for nearly 3 years now 💪🏼

Introducing our Woman of the Year from our 5:30 Warwick group:

Jan

Jan joined Slimming World in May following encouragement and recommendation from her partner Alan, who rejoined with her. She is motivated to lose weight due to her current health conditions and, following her 2 and a half stone weight loss, is already noticing improvements to her mobility and energy levels.

She has found the group welcoming and full of support and encouragement. Jan loves food and cooking and the app has helped her work out new healthy recipes to try.

She would like to thank the group for voting for her and we would like to thank her for her contributions in group and being a source of inspiration for us.

Had a wonderful meeting in Henley-in-Arden last week with the lovely Debbie being voted our Woman of the Year!

Debbie was chuffed to bits to receive the award and it has helped to motivate her all the more with her weight loss journey. She wanted to share her thanks to all the Henley members for their support.

Well done Debbie!
