We managed to get our busy mother-and-daughter duo together to sit down and discuss what it's like running Visiting Angels Warwickshire as a family business. 💗

In this clip, our Managing Director and Registered Manager, Surj, shares what inspired her to open Visiting Angels.

With a long career in care, she'd seen the good, the bad and the ugly, and knew there had to be a better way.

Her vision was simple: to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that treats both clients and caregivers with the respect they deserve.

Recently, we were thrilled to welcome some of our caregivers into the office for team meetings.

It's always lovely to get together and see our growing team in person. Over two afternoons, we enjoyed catching up, sharing updates, refreshing training and, of course, enjoying lunch together!

As a carer-centric organisation, supporting our caregivers is at the heart of everything we do. These opportunities to connect, learn and celebrate our team are so important.
