What a busy day!

I’ve been busy with more well-being in the workplace!

A couple of weeks ago me and Michelle Coxhead Holistic Therapies were invited to provide seated acupressure massages to the staff at Komatsu in Birtley for their day

We had a queue out the door and had to turn people away at the end, we were so busy!

Feeling very grateful that local companies are trusting my small business with their employees well-being sessions

I think we all know that feeling of being tired in a way sleep doesn’t quite fix.

When you’ve been holding everything together, answering the messages, doing the jobs, keeping the plates spinning, and telling everyone you’re grand.

Sometimes what you need isn’t another thing to do.

It’s a bit of quiet.

A room where nobody needs anything from you.
A pause you don’t have to earn.
A chance for your body to feel safe enough to soften.

That’s one of the loveliest things about reflexology.

It gives you space to stop carrying everything so tightly, even just for a little while.

And sometimes, that little while is exactly what you needed.

What a busy week of acupressure chair massage, Indian Head Massage & Reflexology it's been! The lovely Chris Stempien of Body and Sole Therapy asked me to work alongside her at for 3 days at a Northumbria Water event at Gosforth Racecourse. It was hot and busy, but we powered through. Met some lovely people and we even got a sung to! Loved it. 🤩 Finished off working together on another busy corporate job yesterday. I'm so happy that companies are investing in their employees wellbeing. Contact me if this is something that your company would like to offer.

To celebrate my thirtieth year practising reflexology, I decided to do something completely out of my comfort zone. Last week, I travelled to the mountains of Ronda, Spain, to take part in a reflexology retreat exploring the role of reflexology and the immune system.

I was fortunate to be taught by some of the most respected reflexologists in the field. The amazing Hagar Basis, whom I have wanted to learn from for a long time, and the inspirational Lynne Booth, founder and creator of Vertical Reflexology.

The retreat was expertly hosted by Anna and Jane Bartholomew of Equilibrio.

What an incredible week it has been, filled with learning, meeting fellow reflexologists, enjoying great food, soaking up the sunshine, and finding time for relaxation. I return home inspired, refreshed, and grateful for the experience.

What a night! What a team! Delighted to have been asked to provide Acupressure, Indian head, hand and arm massage at Tech Fest at the Utilita Arena. A busy night, but lots of laughs and great hospitality from the events team, fuelling us with drinks and pizzas. Many thanks Charlotte, Team Pamper.
