With the temperature set to rise again tomorrow and the RED extreme weather warning ⚠️ I have decided to make the early decision to cancel tomorrow’s session Thursday 25/06/26 to give fair notice to those who were planning to attend and to the link.

Classes will be back to normal next week as the weather returns to a comfortable temperature.

Sorry for any inconvenience and thanks for your understanding, stay safe and hydrated 🥰

Good morning everyone.
Tonight’s class Tue 23/06/26 is due to go ahead as normal 👍🏾 but please do watch this space for any updates should anything change.

We are on an AMBER weather warning ⚠️ today so please stay hydrated and think about light and floaty clothing choice for class, feel free to bring fans to set up next to your mat.

Thursdays temperatures are due to rise taking us to a RED weather warning ⚠️ so again please watch this space for any class cancellations.
