That is why we have recently introduced a new banding structure that provides a clear pathway for career development, pay progression, professional qualifications and leadership opportunities.

Progression is based on demonstrated performance, engagement, professionalism, attendance, training compliance and contribution to the organisation. It is not based on length of service alone🩷🩵

💷We have also introduced our peak periods meaning you will now be paid an enhanced rate during the hours of 7:00-9:00 & 18:00-23:00💷

⭐️Our aspiration is that all staff reach a minimum of band 3⭐️

Band 1 - £13.25-£15.75 per hour
Band 2 - £14.25-£16.75 per hour
Band 3 - £15.25-£17.75 per hour

💫For staff that show leadership & management potential will be supported to move up to bands 4 and 5💫

💰£150 joining bonus after confirmation of post💰

🚗 Must have full driving licence and own vehicle 🚗
