Pom-poms at the ready! 🎉

There was plenty of energy, laughter and movement at Wellington Vale during our latest Zing chair-based exercise class.

Regular exercise can help support independence, increase confidence, improve circulation and promote overall wellbeing – and most importantly, it’s great fun!

We’re delighted to be offering these regular sessions to the wonderful residents at Wellington Vale and look forward to many more active, engaging classes together ❤️

Today, our Dementia Friendly Salon was filled with smiles, conversation, confidence, and connection as local visitors enjoyed a complimentary hair appointment generously provided by Wellington Vale.

📸 These lovely photos capture some of the wonderful people who joined us and left feeling refreshed, pampered, and valued.

For people living with dementia, services like this can make a real difference. A familiar salon experience can:

We were delighted to welcome seven babies this afternoon at Wellington Vale 👶🏻🍼

READY STEADY WALK is a local volunteer led walking group that enjoy weekly exercise together. Mums enjoy a well-earned coffee and a chance to warm up and chat at Wellington Vale too - what’s not to love!

It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying the fresh air, friendship, and community spirit.

We’d love to welcome even more families next Monday, so if you have children under five and would like to join the walk, meet at Wellington Vale every Monday at 1:30pm - we’d be delighted to see you there!
