The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wheelchair Survey has been extended to 16th August.
♿ Any wheelchair user living in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, their families or carers can take part.
The survey aims to gather insights on wheelchair users' experiences and help to shape services moving forwards.
Help shape the future of NHS wheelchair services! ♿
NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (HIOW ICB) is preparing to review wheelchair services across our area. If you use a wheelchair, or care for someone who does, they want to hear about your experiences to help improve the service during an upcoming review later this year.
Who can take part?
Wheelchair users aged 18 and over living in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight (including anyone who has used the service in the last 12 months) and their families and carers.
