If you?re thinking about your weight loss I can honestly say you should try this group. I have been to other groups, lost some weight then left. This group is different, Theresa is so supportive and makes group really interesting, the other group members are so friendly and the tips and advice they provide are really inspirational and these are the reasons I stay to group. On top of that ?I?ve lost almost two stone since joining in May. So come and join us, what have you got to lose - except weight! ??

Hello everyone 😁!

We are a committed, inclusive and ultra friendly group and meet every Tuesday at 6.00 pm and 7.30 pm at London Colney Primary and Nursery School.

There is currently a free membership offer(3rd-23rd April 2022) to any new or returning members who commit to a 12 week countdown which includes 12 weeks for the price of 10. Or you can join for half price and pay weekly 🥰.

The main criteria for joining is to leave any worry, fear, guilt or pressure behind you lovely people😉.

We love and enjoy food and learn how to eat healthier food without ever being hungry...meaning that we actually lose weight by eating more🤗. The visuals below help to share the concept behind our famous Food Optimising plan.

We also learn how to change old eating habits that may have formed over the years...indeed decades💪🏼.
