Runwood Rambler session was filled with wonderful conversation and a trip down memory lane. Residents enjoyed talking about classic poems and sharing their favourite verses.

🎨🖼️ A Wonderful Day at the Art Exhibition! 🖼️🎨

Our residents enjoyed a fantastic day out at the Runwood Homes Annual Art Exhibition at The People's Gallery in Southend. It was a proud moment to see their own artwork displayed alongside creative pieces from residents across other Runwood Homes. Everyone enjoyed exploring the exhibition, sharing conversations, and celebrating each other's creativity. The day was made even more special with delicious food and refreshments, creating lasting memories for everyone involved.

A huge well done to all of our talented residents for their amazing artwork! 💙✨

Our residents had a wonderful time singing along, enjoying the music, and sharing plenty of smiles and laughter. It was lovely to see everyone joining in, and our staff had just as much fun too!

Roll the Dice & Exercise! 🎲💪😊

Our residents had great fun taking part in our Roll the Dice & Exercise game. Each roll brought a different exercise, keeping everyone active, engaged, and smiling. There was plenty of laughter, encouragement, and friendly fun throughout the session.

Activities like this are a great way to improve mobility, coordination, balance, and overall wellbeing while enjoying time together.

Our residents had a fantastic time taking on the challenge, working together to keep the cup from falling. There was lots of laughter, teamwork, and friendly competition as everyone cheered each other on. Balloon Tennis is definitely one of our residents' favourite activities! 🎈🏸💛

The session was full of laughter, smiles, and lots of excitement. Everyone enjoyed hitting the balloon, cheering each other on, and making lots of happy noise as they played together. It was a fantastic way to keep active, improve coordination, and most importantly, have fun!

A wonderful creativity and kindness! 🎨🎐💛

As part of her birthday celebration, one of our lovely residents kindly gifted beautiful handmade Japanese fans for everyone to decorate. Residents enjoyed colouring and personalising their fans with their favourite colours and unique designs, making each one truly special.

It was a fun and relaxing activity that brought everyone together, and the finished fans will be perfect for keeping cool during the warm weather. A huge thank you for such a thoughtful and generous gift – it was appreciated by everyone! 😊
