▪️Every 0:90 x 6
1 - 12 Arnie Press + 12 Renegade Rows
2 - 10 Inverted Row (Pronated) + 10 Inverted Row (supinated)
▪️ 3 Rounds - For Quality
10 Front Squat (heavy as able - take from floor)
8 x2 DB RDL (3 sec tempo)
10 Cossacks
* Squat pulse to failure
***Upper body option is for those with sore legs or lower related issues.
▪️ AMRAP 8-10 - In Pairs
(YGIG each exercise)
3 Leg Raises (above hips)
10 sec L Sit
10 Hollow Rocks
20 Lying toe touches
