‘Hello my name is Kelly, I have been teaching yoga for many years and love sharing yoga with everyone.
I believe yoga is for every body. I am also a qualified disability sports coach and specialise in disability SEND yoga.
I have ADHD and believe yoga is a wonderful tool to help regulate emotions and build resilience.
I have won awards for my inclusive children’s classes and teach in many local schools and community groups. I am excited to come back to the Bridge to share yoga with you all once again.
The classes are suitable for everyone, all abilities and disabilities welcome.

Our Active Play sessions are back at The Bridge this afternoon, funded by Children in Need. This term's activity is yoga, please see the quote over from our yoga coach.

These sessions are for SEND children (diagnosed or awaiting diagnosis) and their families including siblings.
