A little bit about me …

I trained as a Reflexologist in 2021 and became a Reiki practitioner shortly afterwards after going through a horrible time with my own health in 2020.

I believe that alternative therapies healed me and I felt compelled to learn more about them and then share that healing and sense of balance and recovery with others … ☺️

Both Reflexology and Reiki are super relaxing but they also help to restore balance and harmony in your body and mind … you can switch off, lie comfortably still and let me help you de-stress and take some time out of everyday life just for you.
